FAQ
What clients ask us before they start.
Is your question not listed? Call or email us and you will get an engineer on the line.
How fast can you deliver temporary internet at an event?
It depends on the location and the capacity you need. For most events we plan the uplink a few weeks ahead and build during the setup days. Send us your date and location and we will tell you straight away what is feasible.
What is the difference between Private 5G and regular business Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi runs on unlicensed spectrum and shares the air with everyone around you. Private 5G uses licensed spectrum that only you use, with predictable capacity and better coverage across large sites. For offices Wi-Fi is often enough. For factories, ports and outdoor sites Private 5G is the more reliable choice.
Do we need a licence for Private LTE or 5G?
In the Netherlands spectrum is available for local networks. We handle the application with the Dutch Authority for Digital Infrastructure together with you and make sure the network stays within the conditions.
What if there is no fibre at our location yet?
We first check whether a connection is possible and how long it takes. In the meantime, or if fibre is not feasible, we deliver fixed wireless access or a mobile connection with business-grade capacity.
Do you manage the network after handover?
Yes. We offer management with monitoring and an incident line. If you prefer to run it yourself, we hand over the network with full documentation and transfer it to your own team.
Can you work with our existing equipment and IT partner?
Usually yes. We take stock of what is in place and build on it where that makes sense. We regularly work alongside internal IT departments and other suppliers.
Do you also work outside the Netherlands?
Our roaming data SIM cards work internationally. For on-site projects outside the Netherlands we discuss what is possible case by case.
What does a quote look like?
You receive a design with the scope, a schedule and a fixed price for installation. Management and connections are offered separately and per month, so you see exactly what costs what.
Who is responsible for equipment on an event site?
All equipment we place is rented by the organiser and remains our property. The renter is liable for damage, loss and theft on site during the rental period. We discuss beforehand what the organiser's insurance covers.
What happens when a network operator's connection fails?
Third party connections are outside our direct control. Where downtime is not an option, we design a backup via a different route, for example wireless next to fibre, so the network switches over automatically.
