Business internet

Business internet that does not let your company down.

Fibre or a leased line with the capacity and SLA that fit your business, including a backup where downtime is not an option.

Business internet is more than a speed on a quote. It is the right connection for your building, an SLA that fits what you do and a partner who keeps the network operator to its schedule until the line works. We advise on fibre (FTTO, and FTTH where it fits) via KPN or Eurofiber, handle the application and connection, and hand over with router, firewall and monitoring.

Who it is for

  • Offices and business premises that need a new or faster business connection
  • Businesses with multiple locations that want one managing partner
  • Organisations where an outage costs revenue immediately and a backup is mandatory

What you get

What is included with Business internet

  • Advice on fibre, FTTO or FTTH via KPN or Eurofiber, or a leased line, based on availability and what your business really uses

  • Symmetrical capacity where you need it: upload as fast as download

  • An SLA with repair times that fit your business, not consumer terms

  • Application and coordination with the network operator and contractor, including digging

  • Router, firewall and connection to your internal network and Wi-Fi

  • Backup connection via fixed wireless access or mobile where downtime costs money immediately

  • Monitoring and one incident line after handover

Let us check which connection is available at your address.

We find out what is in the ground, what the lead time is and which repair times are realistic. You get advice with options, not a sales pitch.

Case

Two companies, one building, one network: Weeztix and Elockers in Amsterdam

WeeztixElockers

Weeztix and Elockers share a building in Amsterdam with two floors and a warehouse. We built one company network that serves both organisations, separated at network level, and that handles peak loads without the office noticing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Business internet

What is the difference between business internet and a consumer subscription?

A business connection has an SLA with repair times, symmetrical speed and a fixed IP address. On a consumer subscription you share capacity with the neighbourhood and simply wait your turn when something breaks.

What is the difference between FTTH and FTTO?

FTTH is fibre over the consumer network, often fine for small offices. FTTO is a business fibre connection with guaranteed capacity and an SLA. Which one fits depends on what you do and what is available in your street. We check that beforehand.

How long does a business fibre connection take?

That depends on availability in your street and whether digging is needed. We check that beforehand and deliver a temporary connection where needed until the fixed line is live.

Can you also do the rest of the network?

Yes. Cabling, business Wi-Fi and management come from the same team, so you call one number when something breaks.
