Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and deliveries by Networkguys, Smitspol 7-a7, Nijkerk, the Netherlands, to business clients. The Dutch version is binding; this English summary is provided for convenience.

Key points

• Quotes are valid for 30 days. An agreement exists on written acceptance or when work starts at your request.
• The client provides timely access, power, information and cooperation. Delays caused by their absence are for the client's account.
• Third party connections (network operators, carriers, satellite) are delivered on a best effort basis unless covered by an SLA.
• Prices exclude VAT. Installation and equipment follow the payment schedule in the quote; connections and management are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment term is 14 days.
• Connection and management agreements renew for twelve months unless cancelled in writing three months before the end of the term. Temporary services end on the agreed date.
• Rented equipment remains the property of Networkguys. The client is responsible for damage, loss and theft on site from delivery until return.
• Service levels apply only when agreed per client in an SLA.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid out by the business liability insurance, or otherwise to the invoice amount of the past twelve months. Indirect damage is excluded.
• Webshop orders: prices are shown excluding VAT for business customers and including VAT for consumers; payment via iDEAL. Subscriptions start with the first month paid at checkout and continue by direct debit with the customer's consent given at checkout; the minimum term is stated with the product. Consumers have a 14 day withdrawal period after receipt, except for SIM cards, eSIMs and licences already activated or delivered digitally at their request, and with pro rata settlement for subscriptions and rentals started within that period. Business customers have no withdrawal period. Rental deposits are refunded within 14 days after return, less any damage or missing parts.
• Dutch law applies; the competent court is the one in the district where Networkguys is established.
