Installing a network is not opening a box. This is how we work, from the first conversation to the moment we take over management or hand it over.

Intake and site survey
We discuss what you want to achieve, how many users and devices there are and what is already in place. Where needed we measure on site.
You get an engineer at the table, not a salesperson. We look at your building or site, your current equipment and the processes that cannot stop. For Wi-Fi, Private 5G and fixed wireless access we measure on site before we draw anything.

Design and quote
You get a design with a clear scope, schedule and price. No surprises afterwards, with room to make choices together.
The design describes what we install, where, and what it delivers. The quote has a fixed price for installation and a monthly amount for connections and management, so you see exactly what costs what.

Install, test and manage
We install, test, document and hand over. After that we take over management or transfer it cleanly to your own team.
At handover you receive a test report and documentation of every outlet. If you choose management, we monitor the network and agree an SLA that fits your business: response time, repair time and availability are set per client. If you choose handover, we make sure your own team has everything to carry on.
