Questions about managed services
Can you manage a network installed by another company?
Yes. We start with an inventory and a survey, document what is there and then take over management. Where the quality falls short, we advise what needs to change.
Do the equipment and licences remain ours?
Yes. For fixed installations you buy the hardware yourself and the licences are in your name. We manage, you own.
How fast do you respond to an incident?
That is set per customer in an SLA, matched to what the network does for you. A production site needs different agreements than an office.
Do you work with our own IT department or IT partner?
Yes. In a co-managed model your own team stays in charge and we take over the specialist parts. We agree who does what and write it down.
Can you monitor only, without management?
Yes. Monitoring with alerts to your team is a separate building block. Management can be added later.
